Frequently Asked Questions
What is UST Giving Day?
Giving Day is one day where students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and friends come together to make an impact on our campus. It’s an opportunity to honor our founders’ contributions by making our own investments in the university’s future.
How can I participate?
GIVE! Support a program or school that has special meaning for you, or make a general contribution that will support an area of greatest need. One day CAN make a lasting difference!
SHARE! Help spread the word about UST Giving Day with your family, friends and community. Our social media toolkit provides templates for posts and emails as well as graphics to share.
CELEBRATE! Attend our special Giving Day celebration lunch on April 24 at Crooker Plaza from 12 – 2pm. There will be music, food trucks, free-shirts and other giveaways!
I’m not sure what causes to support. How do I know where to give?
Give to the cause you are most passionate about, whether it’s the school you graduated from or a project you feel will propel UST’s success. If you don’t see a cause that particularly interests you, consider giving a donation to our greatest need –general student scholarships.
